This is a six-week, individual competition for ACTIVE members of The Works Family Health & Fitness Center.  All participants MUST pay prior to their official weigh-in to be eligible for cash prizes. 
COST: $75 entry fee

The individual (male or female) with the highest percentage of body weight lost (calculated to two decimal places) will be the grand prize winner.

Class Description
This 4 week program that has a guarantee of at least a 3-4 pounds of weight loss attached to it. If you have done everything that is asked of you to the best of your ability and still do not see any results than you have the option of getting your money back.

This is a weight loss program designed to keep you motivated and accountable.
With this pre-programmed, 4 week small group personal training class, you the client will receive top notch instruction on various exercises every time you train with us.

Each day of the week will consist of a different workout all based around metabolic/high intensity training. Sign up for two days a week or join for a three day a week program.
Our trainers will guide you along to reach healthy, realistic goals. Give us 100% effort every day and we guarantee that you will see the results that you have been looking for or your money back.

 

The last group of three that participated lost a total of 12 pounds and 12 inches around the abdomen all together. Needless to say they all signed up for another 4 week program.

The program is designed to start you out slow with the first week being a form building strength week. The three weeks after that are designed to get progressively increase in intensity using various pieces of equipment. All exercises can be progressed or regressed to fit your abilities throughout the program. There is also a nutrition component that you will be expected to follow (Food journal). And you may sign up for a 2 day per week program ($109 member price) or a three day per week program ($159 member price).
