Pilates

Pilates is designed to condition the entire body using positions and movements to help correct body alignment and balance. 
Recent research into optimizing muscle function of the trunk supports much of Joseph Pilates' work. 
Through controlled flowing movements, routine Pilates enhances posture, strength, stamina and flexibility.
By focusing on dynamic (as well as static) body alignment and posture,
Pilates training also produces a mind/body connection (neuromuscular control) that enhances movement for everyday activities as well as athletic performance.

Mat classes are included as a part of The Works membership 

Sunday         PILATES MAT                         8:30am

Monday         PILATES MAT                         9:00am

                     PILATES MAT                         4:30pm

                     PILATES MAT Intermediate    6:30pm

Wednesday  PILATES with Props               4:30pm

Friday           Seated PILATES (1/2 hr) 8:30am

Saturday       PILATES MAT (1/2hr)              8:00am

 

Group Pilates Class Times:
Small Group classes are fee based programs

Classes can be set up with our Pilates instructors directly.
