What is BODYVIVE™?
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you. Best of all, you're left fizzing with energy, so you can really take life on! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYVIVE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Are you looking for a strong, toned, fit body without building bulk? BODYPUMP™ can deliver the results you are looking for and transform your body using THE REP EFFECT™. With 800 repetitions in an average workout you'll be lean, strong and unstoppable!
