 2014 Group Fitness Schedule
Adding new dimensions to your workout.


Attention Members:

On Friday (April 18th), Scheduled Maintenance needs to be done in the Downstairs Group Fitness Studio.
In order to allow for limited interuptions to the schedule,
9am Cardio KickBox
10am RetroRobics will be held on the Basketball Court.

Please call ahead to secure your placement in the following classes:

  • Body Pump Classes after 2pm the day prior to class.
  • Bokwa after 3pm
  • Hip Hop after 3pm
  • Zumba after 3pm

We are adding a NEW Body Pump Class™ Time on an 8-week trial basis!
Wednesday April 23rd at 8:00am!
If class is well attended, it will remain on the schedule!  Hope to see you there!

We are getting ready to bring you another new Les Mills program!

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
