What is BODYVIVE™?

BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you. Best of all, you're left fizzing with energy, so you can really take life on! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYVIVE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography!

Please come to class 5-10 minutes early to assure proper bike adjustments can be made! 

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. A Typical Class

Are you looking for a strong, toned, fit body without building bulk? BODYPUMP™ can deliver the results you are looking for and transform your body using THE REP EFFECT™. With 800 repetitions in an average workout you'll be lean, strong and unstoppable!

The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in resistance workout training proven to deliver a total body transformation, fast. 

In a typical 55 minute BODYPUMP™ class, we'll use specific music to motivate you and push through the class with maximum effect. Here's the low-down: 


BODYPUMP™ begins with a warm-up to get your body moving and slowly starting to work out your muscles, using light weights only.



Focusing on each of the major muscle groups, you'll start working THE REP EFFECT™ involving all the important muscles to sculpt your legs, chest, back, shoulders, and abdominals.



Finally, enjoy a well-deserved cool down as you stretch your muscles to finish the workout and assist recovery.
