Our Fitness Department would like to help you in your pursuit of a more active, healthier, happier life.
We offer a variety of programming to help anyone reach his or her fitness goals
- Guided Fitness Circuits: We have set up guided fitness equipment sessions for our members. No registration required.
- One on One Sessions for new members: These sessions are available to new members. New members may participate in a one hour sessions. Offer expires 3 months from joining date.
- Personal Training Demos: visit our fitness desk to schedule a 1/2 hour appointment with one of our Personal Trainers. Offer limited to one session per year.
