FitWorks  is a weight loss program designed to keep you motivated and accountable. With this pre-programmed, 4 week small group personal training class, you the client will receive top notch instruction on various exercises every time you train with us. Two days of the week will consist of a different workout all based around metabolic training. The third day will be reserved for nutrition coaching and cardiovascular interval training. Our trainers will guide you along to reach healthy, realistic goals. Give us 100% effort every day and we guarantee that you will see the results that you have been looking for or your money back.

Looking to lose weight and get in shape and lose weight this summer? Come check out our Small Group Training program, FITWORKS!  This 3day/week program consists of Strength and Cardio Interval Training as well as Nutrition coaching and guidance. All fitness levels are welcome. Sessions will be offered on various times and days.
