We offer a variety of programming to help anyone reach his or her fitness goals

- FIT SQUAD A new addition to the fitness team, dedicated to helping members on the fitness floor!
We want to help YOU with equipment set-up, scheduling of appointments, exercise suggestions, answering questions and everything in between!

- One on One Sessions for new members: These sessions are available to new members.
New members may participate in a one hour sessions. Offer expires 3 months from joining date.
- Fitness Success for New Members: The Works Fitness Success Program is a fitness integration program designed for you.
It is designed to ensure your road to wellness gets started on the right path.
We encourage all new members to enroll in The Works Fitness Success Program within the first 30 days of your membership.
- Personal Training Demos: visit our fitness desk to schedule a 1/2 hour appointment with one of our Personal Trainers.
Offer limited to one session per year.
