What is the Fitness Success Program?
The Works Fitness Success Program is a fitness integration program designed for you. It is designed to ensure your road to wellness gets started on the right path. We encourage all new members to enroll in The Works Fitness Success Program within the first 30 days of your membership.
The Fitness Success Program consists of 3 meetings with our Fitness Consultants
Fitness Success 1**: Fitness Assessment and Goal Setting - This first session is a critical first step to establishing a successful wellness plan. It includes a health history and goal setting discussion. Depending on your current fitness status and desired goals this session may include four functional assessments to evaluate your body's current level of muscle efficiency, functional flexibility, strength and endurance. By appointment end, you and your consultant will have built a wellness plan to BEST address YOUR specific needs and goals. Your Fitness Consultant will set up your follow up session within two weeks to learn form and technique of the exercise component of your plan.
Fitness Success 2: Program Development - In this training session your Fitness Consultant will cover the specific exercises established in your workout plan. This may include circuit training, cardiovascular training, core training, flexibility training, strength training and goal modifications. Be prepared with any questions that may have arisen since your Fitness Success 1. Your Consultant will schedule a follow up session 4-6 weeks after initial workout plan.
Fitness Success 3: Program Follow-up - This session will be scheduled 4-6 weeks after your 2nd appointment (depending on your individual needs) and serve as a follow-up and re-assessment to your plan. In this session your fitness consultant will cover how to progress your program and how to continue success with your fitness plan.
**A complete Member Health Questionnaire and any required Physician Clearance Forms must be on file prior to participating in The Works Fitness Success Program. Please contact your membership coordinator or a Fitness Staff member for details.
