Cycle:All classes are designed for any level, as modifications are shown. New spinners should come 10 minutes early for bike set up (sign-up required)

RPM™: RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. All levels. (sign-up required)

Group Fitness

Anything Goes: This class incorporates a variety of formats including, but not limited to, step, hi/lo and weights. All fitness levels.

Body Blast: Come ready to get your sweat on! You will experience a complete cardiovascular and strength workout. This total body workout incorporates the use of various modalities to challenge your coordination, strength, muscle balance and core stability. Alt modifications will be given.

Body Vive™: Lets you get in shape at your own pace with a low-impact, group fit workout that leaves you fizzing with energy.

BODYPUMP™: Challenge yourself with the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body.

Cardio KickBox: In this Cardio Boxing class you will punch, jab, block and kick your way to a leaner, firmer and stronger body. All levels welcome.

Cardio Party: Boxing-based workout that’ll get your heart and lungs pumping! A blend of high-energy cardio kick, funk, jab and crunch.

Combo Express: 15 min of Low-impact aerobics, 15 min of Level 1 Step, 15 min of Strength training using various equipment. Class suitable for the beginner exerciser to seniors.

F.I.T.: (Fun. Intense.Training.) Challenge your cardio endurance through steady state and interval drills. Modifications will be shown to accommodate all fitness levels.

Fortitude: 30 min HIIT class that tests your strength, power & Fortitude. Includes 15 min. core routine to finish off your workout. Moderate to advanced.

Games and Giggles

Heavy Bag Circuit: A circuit based class consisting of heavy bag work, speed rope, plyometrics, core, and power stations. No experience necessary, and all levels are welcome. You will be challenged, but encouraged to work at your own pace. Come see how great it feels to punch stuff!!!"

Retro-Robics: Work up a sweat with a blast from the past in this heart-pumping, traditional aerobics class. Great class for the beginner. But …all are welcome!

SloMo Box: Old Fashioned calisthenics combined with low impact boxing moves. Great class for the beginner. But…all are welcome.

Step 1: (Beginner/intermediate) Utilizes basic step movements to provide a great aerobic workout.

Step Jam: (Advanced) Highly choreographed class for those who love step and love to dance! Firm grasp of step terminology recommended.

Well-Bees: Well-Bees is an all-around class for health seekers. It includes low-impact cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Chairs are available for participants.

Mind Body

Begin 2 Yoga: Introduction to yoga. Learn basic poses that will tone, strengthen and align the body. All abilities welcome.

Beginner Tai Chi

Core & Balance: (½ hour) standing or seated balance & core training. Focus on awareness of core stabilization, .fall-prevention, and breathing. Class suitable for the beginner exerciser to seniors.

Core Training: This class concentrates on strengthening all muscles of the core. Incorporates physioballs, foam rolls and balance tools. All Fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga: The poses are held for a number of breaths, allowing time for deep stretching and for experiencing the breath. This is a good place to learn basic poses and relaxation techniques to get you comfortable with Yoga practice.

Hip Hop: Dance away the calories in this urban dance focused class. All levels (sign-up required).

Intermediate Pilates: For those of you who have built strength, stamina and the body awareness- this class will add challenge to your mat work.

Kids Yoga: Ages 8 to 13. Kids come enjoy the many benefits of Yoga. Center the mind and strengthen the body!

Mat Pilates: Beginner and Intermediate Pilates mat classes that focus on the core.

MWC: Medical Wellness Class - A series of nonimpact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates for development of strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.

Power Vinyasa: A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.

Strength to the Core: A ½ hour combination of strength, core and balance training to get you started with your day. Seniors, beginners.

Stretch and Shine: A ½ hour of active stretching with range of motion exercises that will help improve your flexibility. Seniors, beginners.

Tai Chi: Promotes a sense of well being by increasing the free flow of energy with one's physical, mental and spiritual self.

Vinyasa Yoga: Breath-synchronized movement. This method of yoga transitions from one pose to the next in a smooth and flowing manner, focusing on movement awareness. Build strength, stamina and flexibility in a style of yoga suited for anybody.

YAH Energy Flow: This class is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation.

Yoga at Heart: Stretching, relaxation, and concentration exercises using a chair for support while coordinating breath with movement.

Zumba: Fusion of Latin and international music with easy to follow dance steps that will get your heart pumping.
