Healthy New Mom Program

This 8 week individualized program is designed to improve fitness following pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

This program includes:

  • Qualified instruction from a Medical Wellness Specialist/Certified Personal Trainer
  • A focus on functional training related to the demands on a new mother’s body
  • A focus on resuming one’s desired pre-pregnancy strength and cardiovascular levels
  • Nutritional guidance that allows the mother to safely & effectively lose weight
