TurboKICK Mondays at 6:40pm
This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite fitness enthusiasts alike. Choreographed to the hottest music mixes, Turbo Kick combines total-body cardio and HIIT moves, so you'll burn calories as you build lean muscle. Come join the fun!

Yin Yoga Mondays at 4:30pm with Cathy
Yin Yoga is a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body to gently stretch deep connective tissue. Poses are held from 5-10 minutes, with supporting props, allowing joints and fascia to release, stretch and strengthen. Short meditations will be offered during the holding of the poses. Yin Yoga calms and balances mind and body, while reducing stress, increasing circulation, improving flexibility and balancing internal organs. Students are encouraged to bring a blanket to class. Open to all levels; no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Mat Pilates Tuesdays at 8:00am with Lee
Improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Hatha Yoga Tuesdays at 5:30pm with Pam

Sunday Cycle is BACK! Sundays from 8:30am-10:00am with Roger

Step Fridays at 4:30pm with Tracy (5 week class January 11-February 8th)

Circuit Fitness Fridays at 4:30pm with Jill (5 week class February 15th-March 29th)

Registering for a Group Fitness Class

Registration for Group Fitness classes listed below opens 24 hours prior to that Group Fitness Class start time. This online registration is an additional way to sign up for your convenience.
