Dance |
(Paid-for class) Intro to basics of
traditional American Ballroom and Latin dance. Learn proper dance
position and how to lead and follow. Dances include Foxtrot, Waltz,
Rumba and Cha-Cha. Add rhythm and flair to your moves with the
latest in Latin dancing with dances like salsa, rhumba, and merengue.
This is an ongoing class; you do not need a partner, sign up at the
Service Disk. |

This class utilizes basic step movement and proper stepping techniques to achieve a great workout. A great place to practice moves learned in the Intro class! |

Low-impact
aerobics incorporating a combination of step, floor aerobics and
weights. |

Strength Works |
In this class you
will learn proper lifting technique. We use tubing, plate loaded
barbells, dumbbells and steps. Some of exercises are done on the
floor. Push-ups, squats and lunges are incorporated. |

This class is fun and the dances are easy to learn. |

Salsa Aerobics |
Get moving and
have fun with a Latin flair in this low-impact salsa class. Wear

implies... using a variety of equipment, we'll challenge all of the
muscles from the waist down! Super-setting and constant movement
means big-time calorie burning and muscle shaping. Includes 15
minutes of abdominal work. |

strength intervals using weights, tubing, med balls etc… This is a
fun class that burns fat, builds strength and helps improve balance
and coordination. |

Your hearts and lungs will be
pumping with this blend of high-energy cardio kick, funk, jab and
crunch. It'll be so fun you won't even know you're exercising. No
experience necessary, open to all fitness levels. Come join

| Body Blast |
This 40-minute class will work every
major muscle group in your body using body weight, free weights,
tubing, med balls, gliding disk and more. |
