Boot Camp Intervals of cardiovascular and Strength drills with an emphasis on core training. This class is open to all fitness levels because it challenges the beginner and the advanced. 
Cardio/Latin Dance Fusion workout offers an intense way to move the body through choreography that encompasses Jazz, African, Latin, Hip Hop, and Modern Dance.
Private Dancer Amy and Mira attended Urban Strip Tease certification class and thought our members would enjoy... taking off the calories. No experience required for this Woman’s only class. Kneepads are recommended. **Sign-up required day before after 3pm. (2-month offering)
SloMo TaeBox This is a low impact TaeBox class. (2-month offering)
Step Level 2  Aerobic conditioning with intermediate level step move modifications shown.
Sock Hop Step  Same as Level 1 step. The only difference is you step to 50’s and 60’s music.
Level 1 Aerobics  Raise your heart rate and have fun in this low impact class.
Ballroom Dance (Paid-for class) Intro to basics of traditional American Ballroom and Latin dance. Learn proper dance position and how to lead and follow. Dances include Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba and Cha-Cha. Add rhythm and flair to your moves with the latest in Latin dancing with dances like salsa, rhumba, and merengue. This is an ongoing class; you do not need a partner, sign up at the Service Disk.
Step level 1  This class utilizes basic step movement and proper stepping techniques to achieve a great workout. A great place to practice moves learned in the Intro class!
Combo Express  Low-impact aerobics incorporating a combination of step, floor aerobics and weights.
Strength Works In this class you will learn proper lifting technique. We use tubing, plate loaded barbells, dumbbells and steps. Some of exercises are done on the floor. Push-ups, squats and lunges are incorporated.
Line Dance Low impact dance class to country music. Dances are broken down.  This class is fun and the dances are easy to learn.
Salsa Aerobics Get moving and have fun with a Latin flair in this low-impact salsa class. Wear comfortable clothing.

Upper Cut

Punch, jab, block and kick your way to a leaner, firmer and stronger body. Great cardio and core workout! Heavy bag interval with Dennis held Wednesday at 6:30p.m. Bring your own gloves or wraps.
Lower Body Blast: Interval of cardiovascular and strength skills with an emphasis on lower body training.
Lower Body Blast Just as the name implies... using a variety of equipment, we'll challenge all of the muscles from the waist down! Super-setting and constant movement means big-time calorie burning and muscle shaping. Includes 15 minutes of abdominal work.
Level 1 Circuit

Low-impact aerobics incorporating strength intervals using weights, tubing, med balls etc… This is a fun class that burns fat, builds strength and helps improve balance and coordination.

BOSU TBC (Total Body Conditioning) A combination of cardio, balance, core strength, and stretching.
Hi/LO Circuit Aerobics incorporating the step, hi/lo, cardio drills, tubing and med balls. Heather and Deb alternate this fun class. Deb will be teaching traditonal Hi/Lo with abs during the last 10 minutes of class.
Hi/LO Step Combo Aerobics incorporating a combination of step, hi/lo and weights.
Stability Ball Balance, strength and core training. (2-month offering)
Step Jam This advanced class is for those who love step and love to dance! Great music and fun choreography will have you moving on, over, and around the bench. It's so much fun, you'll forget it's a workout! A firm understanding of step terminology is recommended for the best success.
Cardio Party Your hearts and lungs will be pumping with this blend of high-energy cardio kick, funk, jab and crunch. It'll be so fun you won't even know you're exercising. No experience necessary, open to all fitness levels.  Come join the party.
Body Blast This 40-minute class will work every major muscle group in your body using body weight, free weights, tubing, med balls, gliding disk and more.
