In Motion


There is something for all ages in these programs, from family participation to sports conditioning. All participants will get an age appropriate workout while building and developing the foundations of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Class sizes are limited. Pre-registration is required.
 


Cost per session (8 classes): members $48 non-members $56


Baby Motion (Ages walking to 3 years)

Parents will participate with their toddlers in this class. Each class will begin with a warm up and stretching routine, followed by motion activities and active games in each class. Tumbling, sports and rhythm equipment will be used in this high-energy class. Each participant is required to register with an adult who will participate.

This class runs for 45 minutes one time a week.

No classes week of 11/24 and 12/22

Session 4: 3/16-5/16


Beginning Motion (ages 4-6)

The only requirement for this class is to keep moving and to have fun. This class is independent of parent participation. Each class will include a warm up, a cardiovascular game or activity, flexibility and strength components. Class runs for 45 minutes one time a week.

Youth Boot Camp
Ages 7-14

This fun fast-paced class introduces kids to station work, circuit training and heart rate monitoring. Flexibility will be taught through dynamic, static and yoga techniques. This is an excellent class to keep in shape between seasons or to introduce kids to fun effective ways to exercise and feel great!
