This program is for all fitness levels!
Upon completion you will
- feel stronger
- have more endurance
- feel a great sense of accomplishment!
8-week session will progress you through three levels.
Level 1 - focus on correct biomechanics, core strength, and
flexibility
Level 2 - increase intensity in cardio and strength.
Level 3 - incorporate explosive movements and higher intensity
body weight circuits.
Class times: A punch card will be offered to those who buy a package, so
you can attend any classes that fit into your schedule!
Monday - 9:00am with Kelly
Tuesday - 5:30pm with Nathaniel
Thursday - 5:30pm with Nathaniel
Friday - 11:00am with Kelly
