TRAINING FOR NEW MEMBERS

As a new member of The Works, you will receive three FREE one-on-one Personal Training sessions. The primary goals of these personal training sessions are to make you feel comfortable at the club and jump start on your fitness program, help you reach your goals and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

In these sessions you will . . .
  • Become familiar with all The Works has to offer
  • Discuss any applicable medical history
  • Receive a fitness assessment
  • Set fitness goals
  • Learn about cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility guidelines
  • Design a personal workout plan
  • Learn how to use strength and cardiovascular equipment

New for 2008! One of your 3 FREE sessions can be with our nutritionist Jon Arnold or one of our STOTT Pilates trainers on the STOTT Reformer. Times for these sessions are limited so please speak with your membership coordinator or one of our trainers to assist you in signing up.
