Deb brings 20 years of group exercise instruction and 10 years of personal training experience to The Works Pilates program. Her calm approach utilizes her experience and STOTT Reformer certification to provide her clients with a great workout. |

Cathy Owens
Cathy brings 14 years of group exercise experience to The Works Pilates program. She has been teaching Mat Pilates for two years before becoming STOTT trained as a Reformer
Instructor. Since, the Reformer has become Cathy's favorite piece of equipment in the gym. She brings her
enthusiasm and great knowledge to her sessions to provide her clients with a fun and rewarding workout.
