2008 was another fantastic season for summer camp with a few changes, more variety and tons of fun. Each division was divided into age specific groups. This allowed us to better provide consistent counselor and camper interactions. 

Our theme weeks were modified based on our 2007 summer camp survey. The favorites: Community Heroes, Olympics, Treasure Hunt and Talent week returned with the addition of some new themes and modification to returning theme’s activities. Theme activities and sports activities had a few changes in order to improve the variety of activities and choices to learn from and more opportunities to try new things. 

We continued to offer camp for 10 weeks and keep the variety of payment options that we started last year. We continued to offer the option of  registration for the day, with a two day  minimum for all recreational campers. A specific list of 2008’s field trips is listed on this site. All campers have the option to add a swim lesson onto their day as well.

Friday is pizza day for all campers. All registered campers will receive 2 slices of pizza (cheese or pepperoni). If you do NOT want your camper to participate in this activity please indicate so on your registration form. Be sure to label ALL belongings with your child’s name.

Download and fill out the registration form.  These forms are also available at The Works service desk or you can call 603.742.2163 to have forms mailed to you.  Upon receipt of your completed registration form you will receive a parent packet that will include details about what to expect, health forms, and a checklist of important items your child needs each day. Health forms are also available here.
 

FEES
There is a $30 registration fee for the first camper and $20 for each additional camper in the family.
All registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

DEPOSITS
There are two ways to reserve your spot. Full payment can be made at time of registration or you have
the option to pay a $70 deposit to reserve your spot for each week. All remaining balances are due one
week prior to the start of the camp week. No camper will be admitted into camp with any balance due.
Deposits are only available for full week registrations.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
There is a 15% discount for full week, paid-in-full registrations received before
April 1. A 10% discount is available for all full week camps, paid-in-full
before May 1.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
There is a 10% discount off the total camp bill for the 3rd child registered from the same family. There is a 15% discount off of the total camp bill for the 4th, 5th or 6th child registered from the same family.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* There will be a $30 administrative fee applied to any cancellations or camp transfers.
* Health forms are due 10 days prior to the start of camp.
* No refunds will be authorized for camp weeks once that week has started.
* Please remember that your registration is not complete, and therefore space is not reserved, until full payment or an $80 deposit is received.
* Afternoon spaces are available in our recreational camps for campers attending morning tennis or basketball camps.
