Stretch for Life A 30-minute class gently stretching the entire body.
Targit Fit Pilates Strength training program which incorporates core muscles and achieves many of the same exercises typically requiring the use of the Pilates Reformer. We are the only healthclub currently offering this type of class. You have to try it to believe it!
Pilates with Small Equipment This class builds on the matwork exercises incorporating the stability ball, fitness circle, bands, slomo and weighted balls. Please note this is an intermediate class, you must know pilates mat essentials.
Pilates Basic and intermediate Pilates mat
Advanced Pilates Designed for students that have mastered the essentials. This is an intense workout designed to build stamina and pace.
YogaWorks Stretch:  By popular demand! A "slo-flo" stretching class perfect for the beginner, utilizing basic yoga postures to increase flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed!
Yoga Postures will help develop strength and flexibility. Instructors have completed 200 hour Yoga training.
Hatha Yoga Combines elements of the Indian concepts of Hatha Yoga with traditional fitness exercise and stretching routines.
Yoga @ Heart A basic yoga class utilizing a chair for safety and stability.
Power Yoga, Power YogaWorks The room is heated to assist muscle flexibility and poses are held longer.
Kundalini Yoga  The Yoga of Awareness, your glandular and nervous systems are stimulated, and your capacity for creative potential is heightened. You gain inner vitality to compensate for the adverse effects of stress so you can excel in life. The postures are not difficult be we use different types of breath work and hold the poses for several minutes so it is usually very challenging.
