YAH Spin - A 30-minute class on a stationary bike, suitable for anyone.
Aerobics Level I - Move to the music you remember in this fun-filled one hour class.
Aqua Aerobics I & II: (beginner and advanced) A great low impact workout in the water.  Get all the benefits of traditional aerobics without the impact.  This workout is great for everyone. 
Combo Express: Low-impact aerobics, basic step, and light weights for toning. Class ends with a wonderful stretch and cool-down
Seated Strength: A fun class using a variety of elements to gain strength  and  flexibility.
Coffee Social: Free coffee and danish
YAH Warm-up: A 20-minute low-impact warm-up and stretching
class, followed by supervised Keiser Express strength-training.
Brown Bag Bridge & Cribbage - Bring your lunch and play your favorite card game.
Stretch for Life: A 30-minute class designed to stretch the entire body, while focusing on breathing, improving flexibility and relaxation.
Sock-Hop-Step Level 1 (beginner) This class teaches basic movements and proper stepping technique, while encouraging a workout.
