Women With Weights 

8-Week Program 

Limited to 6 participants 

What is Women With Weights?

Join Coach Caley in The Works Training Academy for this unique strength training program for women. This program is a A Small Group Training Class of 6 women. All levels welcome
Starts March 31st and April 1st.

  • March 31st: Tuesday and Thursday Class. 4:00-5:00pm
  • April 1st: Wednesday and Friday Class: 10:00-11:00am 

Learn and feel confident about barbell movements, while improving strength and stamina over a period of 8 weeks.
Learn Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press & more.

Learn to progress your lifting, getting stronger each week, with program design.

Build strong and supportive friendships with other 
women who are also on their fitness journey.
