Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist
Completing 4 years of collegiate track and field made me realize my love for weight training. I became a personal trainer in 2007 to help others understand the importance of fitness and nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle. To help myself stay motivated, I became involved with figure competitions, learning proper nutrition along the way. I have since competed six times, and helped others realize their goal of competing.
