About Me: As I approach 60, I am grateful for 5 grandchildren and the good health and strength to be able to keep up with them! I haven't always been this way. For years I thought going out for the occasional run was enough until I noticed the subtle changes of arthritis and had a doctor tell me I would probably have to stop the one exercise I loved. That was 10 years ago. Since then I have incorporated weight training and run 15k's and feel stronger than I have in a very long time. It is my goal to help you become stronger, too. We'll set goals together, customize a workout plan and strategize ways to form habits that are realistic for your life. With a background in physical therapy, I will be able to help you address the musculoskeletal changes that come with aging and continue to do those things that bring you joy. I look forward to working with you and seeing you succeed!
