I have been in the Fitness industry for 25 years. I have been personal training for 20 plus years. I enjoy working with all Fitness levels. The beginner who has had no previous exercise experience and those who have been lifting weights and doing cardio for years and are bored and no longer seeing changes in their body. I love to mix traditional strength exercises with functional training and core work using props such as tubing, Medicine ball, bosu balls, cables and more. My motto is you need to build the foundation before you build the brick house. To achieve this we will work on a progression from mobility to stability to strength!

ACE certified Group Fitness instructor since 1988.
ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist
Les Mills certified BodyPump,Bodycombat, Bodystep and RPM instructor as well as teach a variety Free Style classes.

Favorite Exercise: My favorite Strength exercises are combo moves such as Squat Rows and one leg dead lift and over head presses.

Least Favorite Exercise: Not sure love them all!
