Common Q&A

What will happen with my membership dues?

You will not be billed for any time the facility is closed.
Adjustments will be made in the form of a credit toward your next bill.
If you are already scheduled to be on hold for the month of April, your credit will be applied to the next scheduled bill.

Please note, the next billing cycle occurs in April. You will be credited the 30 days. We do not intend to charge you during closure. If the closure extends then we will extend the credit.

When will you reopen?

Determining a reopen date is difficult as this is an ever-evolving situation. We will await instruction from Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and monitor the situation. We will be in touch via email, our social media platforms and our app notifications should anything change.

Please see below for links to follow us on social media and click here to learn how to download our app.

What about my locker?

Locker accessibility is no longer available during closure. If this is a hardship please contact Marcus.Drew@wdhospital.org to make arrangements.

I just paid for a program or lessons so what will happen to that?

We will be rescheduling lessons and programs to a future date. We will reach out to you when we are ready to resume previously scheduled activities. Your place is secure in our new session of lessons when we reopen. If you require a refund you will need to re-register at a later date.

Will there be Summer Camp?

We are still planning for camp! In the event that this changes we will update you as we know more.

Can I still register for Camp and get the 10% discount?

YES! Save your child's spot and SAVE! Register for Camp before March 31st and receive your 10% discount. Your card will not be charged until we reopen!

Click here to visit our Summer Camp page to register.

What about my locker?

Thank you for those who have stopped by today to retrieve your belongings. If you are able to come before 10pm to get your items please do so. There will be restricted access to the facility after tonight and you will not be able to get your locker contents. If this is a hardship please contact Marcus.Drew@wdhospital.org to make arrangements.

I am worried about training. How will my family and I stay fit during social distancing?

 #keeponmoving
Keep following our social media platforms. We are working diligently to provide you access to the instructors and classes you love in a virtual format. We will be unveiling/testing a few exciting "group" exercise options with our instructors this week.

Until we bring you the aforementioned instructor offerings, we are offering you Les Mills on Demand Programming.

This platform offers 95 free workouts across 8 categories. All the workouts are in English but you should find it easy to follow the visual cues. It will remain available as long as the disruption from Coronavirus continues.

Les Mills On Demand

We are working with our Fitness teams to bring you some virtual training options.

We may continue to provide Wellness Center appointments where appropriate via phone conferencing. You will be hearing about the plan with this in the coming days.

Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Futures!
We have fun ideas for you to do with your children. Be on the lookout for these in the coming days. How we respond now will make an impact with our children in the future. With schools out and online learning initiatives, movement is ever so important!

Please note, this situation is fluid. We understand there are many other questions you will have. Please give us time to work through the situation as it unfolds. We ask for your flexibility as our intentions and timeline are planned but there is always a chance that things can change and we need to adjust.

In Health,

Bob Stedman
