Working with your own Personal Trainer is one of the fastest, easiest and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness. People of all ages and fitness levels benefit from the expertise of a personal trainer to make lifestyle changes that may not have otherwise been possible. Members and non-member packages are available.

Personal Training is a commitment between you and your trainer to work toward your fitness goals with your individual needs in mind. We focus on all of the components of fitness to help you incorporate new lifestyle habits to enable you to obtain your desired fitness level.

Who are we?

Our trainers have different specialties including rehabilitation and injury, senior fitness, nutrition education, youth fitness, Pilates Reformer, functional training, body building and sport specific conditioning.  All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and/or have earned their

How do you sign up?

We have packaged our training to ensure you achieve results.  We sell personal training by the single session, twelve pack, twenty-four pack and more. The larger the package purchased, the lower the cost per session.
