Young at Heart Healthwise 55 

An exercise program for everyone ages 55 and older at The Works & Fitness Center.   The program runs Monday-Friday & includes free coffee & danish every morning.  You choose how often you would like to attend. Call or stop in today to see a membership coordinator to begin your wellness program. 

Introductory membership of 6 weeks for $69 or Healthwise 55 members 6 weeks for $55
