Strength Works 1: In this class you will learn weight lifting technique. We use Tubing, plate loaded bars, dumbbells and Steps. We do take some of these exercises to the floor. Please pick up a ticket at the desk.
Strength Works 2: Shape your entire body in this upbeat, never boring weight training class.
All members must pick up a ticket at the service desk, as this class is limited to 14 participants.
