2005 was a great summer! 

This summer we are planning even more fun and games, including spectacular Friday activities, great crafts, many new games, and tons of fun on our NEW pool slide. We are proud to announce the return of Stephanie Woodcock as camp director for this summer. Her enthusiasm and dedication with all of the campers is contagious. Stephanie has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and past experience with the WDH Early Learning Center. Stephanie and her great team of counselors are ready to share their love of children and creativity with the campers again this year. Camps run from July 3, 2006 through August 25, 2006

We ask that you supply an ample amount of food for your child. They work up quite an appetite during the day. We have both a scheduled lunch and snack times. In addition to a drink with lunch campers should bring a refillable drink bottle, as water is provided at camp. Friday is pizza day for all camps.  The cost is $2.50 for up to two slices of cheese pizza. You may elect for your camper to participate by indicating so on the camp registration form and including the additional fee with your payment. Sunscreen, swim suit, towel, change of clothes and weather appropriate attire should also be packed daily.

 


For those families who may need to drop off their campers before 9:00a.m.or pick them up after 4:00p.m. we offer extended care. This service provides supervision, light activities and free play for its participants. The hours are from 7:30-9 am and from 4:00-5:30 pm Monday through Friday. There is a $7 fee for each time slot or punch needed. All punches must be purchased in advance and can be bought in bulk for the summer.

 


Upon receipt of the completed registration you will receive a parent packet the will provide you with details of what to expect, health forms, and what to bring as well as what to leave each day. All registered campers will also be invited to “meet your counselor day” prior to the start of camp.

• Throughout the day campers will experience two types hands-on activity (i.e. crafts, games, food prep)
• Children will enjoy our outdoor pool at least twice a day
• A fitness activity will be scheduled daily in the curriculum.
• Each age group will do some much needed socializing during their scheduled lunchtime and two snack times within the day’s curriculum.

 


FEES:
There is a $30 registration fee for the first camper and $20 for each additional camper in the family. All registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment in full for all camps that will be attended is required to reserve your spot.

There will be a $25 administrative fee applied to any cancellations or camp transfers. Health forms are due 10 days prior to the start of camp. 

DISCOVERY CAMP (ages 4-7)

All campers have the option to purchase a cheese pizza lunch on Fridays. Please add $2.50 to your registration for each week each camper would like to have pizza lunch (max two slices).
