I can't express enough how wonderful it makes me feel when I enter the doors here! With smiles on their faces-Deb, Bob, Audrey and Cathy always! Being a breast cancer patient is very difficult, but it is with their kind words of inspiration and positive attitude that helps bring me here everyday and make it possible to get stronger and fight! I appreciate all that the The Works offers and your staff is amazing, including Vanessa, who makes this place sparkle! Again, Thank You! Deb, Bob, Cathy & Audrey-I am forever thankful for you and all your support. I am blessed! The Works is a big part of my fight. Without you, I know in my heart my fight would be much harder. There's no better gift I give to myself than my membership at the Works. Thanks to the wonderful trainers and instructors I stay healthy, active and very much engaged in activities I never thought were possible. Every Wednesday I'm in Joy's Strength and Definition group training. What's so great about this is, anyone can be successful and Joy is an outstanding trainer. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time to make adjustments no matter your issues.

I started indoor cycling a few years ago. Never ever did I think I could do that class, have fun, blast calories and feel so amazing when done. Amy is a teacher who motivates, pushes us and we have a blast.
