Mondays: 

9:00am: STRENGTH & FOUNDATIONS with Nicole
10:30am: WOMEN WITH WEIGHTS with Caley  
2:00pm: FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH with Judy
5:30pm: YOUTH TRAINING with Hunter (separate fee schedule)

Tuesdays:

10:00am: HEAVY HITTERS with Darcy 
5:30pm: BOOTCAMP with Darcy

Wednesdays: 

9:00am: STRENGTH AND DEFINITION with Joy
10:30am: WOMEN WITH WEIGHTS with Caley  (separate fee schedule)
2:00pm: FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH with Judy
5:30pm: YOUTH TRAINING with Hunter (separate fee schedule)

Thursdays:

9:00am: POWER HOUR with Nicole
10:00am: TRX PILATES with Darcy
5:30pm: HEAVY HITTERS with Darcy (Starts 4/21)

Friday:

10:30am: WOMEN WITH WEIGHTS with Caley 

Sunday: 

11:00am: HEAVY HITTERS with Darcy
