I have had a passion for wellness and nutrition. I believe that it is important to develop a joyous relationship with food and your body through exercise and healthy eating. Health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness. I want to teach my clients sustainable skills for making nutritious food choices as part of a well-balanced lifestyle. I graduated from UNH with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science. I love to cook, run, bike, strength train and spend time with my family.
