About Me
I earned my degree in Nutrition from Keene State College and most recently worked at a mental health facility working with
people to help improve their physical health. This inspired my love for health coaching as way of making people feel good. I love working with people on goal setting and finding ways to incorporate health and wellness into everyday life.
