This 12-week specialized program was designed for the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum women to help you achieve or continue your fitness goals through a balance of strength and cardio training, therapeutic exercise AND nutrition.

This program is designed for Prenatal and Postpartum women to help you achieve or continue your fitness goals through strength, cardio and therapeutic exercise.

  • Learn appropriate and safe exercises for each stage of pregnancy and postpartum stages.
  • Benefit from the unique expertise of our personal trainers who specialize in post and prenatal training.

  • 3 Visits with our Works Wellness Center Registered Dietitians
