Important Information Regarding Membership Dues

We recognize that everyone's comfort level with returning is different, so we will be offering a 30-day COVID-19 membership freeze at no cost beginning October 1. If you have not opted-in to the COVID freeze, we have resumed your regular membership billing beginning October 1. If you have any questions, please call (603) 742-2163 ext. 806

Please note: A credit for 50% off your monthly dues will be applied to your first month back upon activation. This credit is for your March dues since we closed on March 17. (If you have already activated your membership, you have already received this account credit.)

Are you on Freeze? We are also happy to arrange a tour or a chance for you to experience the facility before deciding to return. We are ready, when you are!

Our goal is to meet and exceed your needs and expectations. We strive to offer great customer service in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. To support this we are offering a 30 day guarantee of satisfaction.

If, at any point during the first 30 days of membership, you decide you are not completely satisfied with The Works Family Health & Fitness Center, we will refund your entire enrollment fee!

To be eligible for the guarantee the new member must do the following:

  • Complete a Fitness Consultation with one of our trained consultants within the first 30 days of membership.
  • Workout at The Works a minimum of 4 times during the 30 days. (Excluding the consultation)
